Is this confirmed?

Shocking if it's true.

Please don't be true.

One of my favourite Oil Kings since the team came back, really sucks if this is true.

If true RIP, way, way too young.

They were searching for man for 2 days straight.

Police received information that there has been person missing for 2 days which is Pelss, who has recently arived in Latvia, he has been out of reach for those days.

Pelsss relatives have identified belongings.

It's now 3rd day that he is missing.

Is this a suicide or is it recreation to jump from bridges?

i am shaken to bits. you know what? i was listening lately a great song, its title reads "Should I Drown in the West Dvina", with West Dvina being Russian for river Daugava, in which the kid reportedly perished. i don't know even what to think, it's truly a grim coincidence.

Terrible news, hope this turns out to somehow be a false report. My dad almost lost his life the same way when he was younger.

If its true, RIP Kristians. This really sucks.

Should be the second one (and it is also not uncommon in Riga). I doubt many suicide jumpers would leave their clothes on the bridge.

Please don't be true. Pelss is one of my favourite prospects and I was rooting for him to make it someday on the team. Sad day for the family and friends and the Oilers if true.

hopefully he shows up somewhere downstream alive and ok, you can only hope until it is confirmed. i ko'd myself cliff jumping one time and luckily i had some friends there to pull me out of the water. there is always a fine line between a rush and death. in this case i really hope he is just a missing person and not deceased.
