WPG looking for middle 6 wingers + #4 LHD

Roster players we could trade, in approximate trade value:

- Dustin Byfuglien (offensive RHD)
- Alexander Burmistrov (C)
- Paul Postma (bottom pairing offensive RHD)
- Zach Redmond (bottom pairing all around RHD, two time AHL all star)
- Mark Stuart (bottom pairing physical LHD)
- Olli Jokinen (top 6 center, supposedly)

Ladd, Kane, Little, Wheeler, Trouba, Enstrom, Bogosian, Scheifele, would all be untouchable. Kulda (RFA) is a wild card, I think we need him (we only have Enstrom and Stuart on the left side currently), but rumors are pretty strong that he's KHL bound. I can see us moving prospects O'Dell or Lowry for immediate help(NHL proven). We also own lots of picks in the upcoming draft, including Chicagos 2nd and 3rd as well as #59 compensation pick.

edit:

Just wanted to clarify a bit, need a RW to play with Kane on the 2nd line, and 3rd line wingers. No idea how many UFAs Chevy is going to retain. LHD would play with Bogosian if Buff is not traded, and with either Bogosian or Trouba if Buff is traded.

Does anyone honestly think Keith Ballard is worth a 2nd even with retained money? He's more than likely to be bought out as it is.

A buyout would make more sense for Van, but at 2mil per season your getting solid value.

Booth? ehhh.... talk about a negative value trade. 4.25m for 3 points. That's damn near Gomez.

Somehow I doubt the Canucks retain salary with Ballard, they'd probably just rather buy him out.

I don't see it happening. A buyout is what, 2/3 the remaining value spread over twice the years? 2/3 of 8.4 off the salary cap is better than 1/2 of 8.4 on the cap.

What do you have for depth forwards available? Specifically, centermen. Hemsky for depth forwards is what the Oilers need, seems to make sense if the Jets have that type of player to spare.

I'd want Burmistrov as 2/3c on the Rangers.. What would it take?

leafs may not want to sign clarke macarthur, if thats the case we could trade you his rights for a late rnd pick and you can have a leg up on negotiations

Burmistrov has more value then Stafford. The pick would be on the other end.

Forwards that are available? Uh... Burmistrov and Jokinen. That's about it. We have no depth, hence this thread. Jokinen has zero trade value, and Burmistrov is Burmistrov.

I saw the first post and thought MDZ for Burmi +. Would a pick work, what else are you looking for?

Tanguay yes Sarich meh... too close to UFA. I know you guys want to get younger, but I'm unsure about value.

For some reason I didn't see his GP. Dug a little deeper, he's probably someone we could look at.

Perhaps MDZ/3rd for Burmi/Stuart/2nd?

Too much from Winnipeg?

Why has his production dropped off so much this year? Buried on the depth chart or simply sucked? He seems invisible.

How about Del Zotto and a pick for Burmi + Postma or Stuart? Would like a RHD and you guys have a glutton of them.

honestly IDK. he's definitely had a bad year. he's been consistent enough throughout his career where I think this is just an off year. when he's producing he's such a valuable player, kills penalties, can play all three forward positions, great at face offs. If it wasn't for the Bruins cap troubles there's no way I'd want to move him but we need to make room for Rask and Horton.

what about Peverley + Kelly and Ference's rights for Chicago's second and Peluso? just out of curiosity how do Jets fans value Lukas Sutter?
