Quick is a slow starter for sure. But there are still few goalies I'd hate to face more in the playoffs.
I don't know why it seems lately quick's name keeps popping up with these brutal mistakes. I can recall more than two instances last playoffs. This one was exceptionally funny

So Tim Thomas is out of the game in Florida tonight, suffering a lower body injury.

Weird. I can't believe a 39 year old goalie who took a whole year off is injured early in the season.

Should've signed him.

In a less sarcastic "could've had him" story... Jussi Jokinen continues to score.

Should've signed Mike Smith. He was fantastic tonight.

I have him on my fantasy team. Excitedly, I went over and checked if he was enough to vault me into first.

You, sir, are the worst.

(Just kiddin' Keith. But seriously, -6 points. Ugh)

2-0 Devils after Elias's goal.

I really, really hope that Schneider wins tonight.

San Jose are playing like animals right now. Epitome of domination.

I'm glad the Oilers won't be playing them for a while.

They got off to a torrid start last year before falling off. They regrouped for the playoffs.

Just the Sharks being the Sharks. Ultimately it means nothing.

That may be true, nevertheless they're playing unbelievable ATM. I'm thankful EDM won't have to face them at this point in the season. Hopefully, history repeats itself and when the Oilers face the Sharks, it's during one of their slumps.

I got tickets to their game against SJ, part of the mini pack actually. Every time I've seen them play the Sharks it's been horrible. Was there for opening night last year when they lost 5-2 or 5-3. I hope things are different this year. Luckily it's a ways down the road so hopefully they've cooled off by then lol.

The Sharks hot start last year (and actually pretty much any other good stretch) seemed to come mostly off their power play. Not sure about their other games so far this year, but tonight has been 1 short handed and 5 even strength so far.

The Sharks are just "on" this game. It reminds me of when EDM has lit up CHI in the past. Everything's just going right, case in point the 2nd Hertl goal (6th for SJS): Boyle breaks his stick at the point, Rangers pick it up but the puck deflects off of Boyle's broken stick, Thronton passes it up to Hertl who goes in on a breakaway and scores.

I remember being at a Sharks game and they completely dominated us. We actually won, but only because of goaltending. It almost felt like a loss.

Are you sure about that? The shark fans I have talked to told me their PP was the worst usually because they hold the puck too long and try to make the pretty play too much. I think it has more to do with the momentum swings in games (like tonight 4 goals in 4 mins).

Their power play was 6th or 7th in the league last year. Ahead of the Oilers.

Obviously Hertl (such and awesome name) will slow down but still... the Sharks are unbelievable at drafting, developing and procuring... best in the league probably aside from Detroit and perhaps Nashville maybe?
