Source? From all I've heard Kavis was not happy one bit. He said this could set them back 5-10 years. They were close? This post is just

You're out to lunch.

Ray went down after dominating tonight though. That doesn't really lessen the blow.

no suprise he's back to being the old ricky ray.
Clearly you haven't been paying attention...Ray was the major reason that the Esks offence struggled.
Not the coaching, not the O-line...it was just Ray.

Seriously...I couldn't agree with you more.

I have no idea how far ones head has to be up ones ass to think that Ray was the problem here.

close?

they were not close at all, from everything I've heard. and Kavis fought to keep Ray.
ray should be on the president and GM of the esks. and that's all.

I don't like Kavis as the coach, but I really don't think you can pin the Ray trade on him.

Well, given that Ray is seriously injured and likely out for a longtime if not the season we can probably put stuff like this to rest and focus on something else, you know, maybe the Eskimos.

Hopefully the Esks have more in the tank with Howard and Stamps in. Esks have played some good games in BC afairc. I think this week we see a pretty pumped up Esks team with D flying all over the field setting the tone. Hopefully the offense can matchup.

Esks get the W on the road. Bold prediction, I realize.

Everytime I look at the article, and chuckle at the "fans" who wanted Ricky gone because he was the cause for all the offence problems.

Boy, those fans sure look smart.

I won't be bold. I will say the esks will do better than the stamps do tonight.
I hope they win but have no confidence in the players being coached by Reed and co.
I think the esks lose by at least two touchdowns.
give the running game less than 12 touches
take at least one 15 yard roughing penalty.
Reilly has two interceptions
and the esks run at least one kick out of the end zone that they shouldn't.

and kabongo gets a penalty.

After the first, the Als look even worse than the Eskimos.

Just tuned in but this Mitchell guy looks like he's getting by by the skin of his teeth, he's ridiculously inaccurate.

edit; he's looking a bit better, maybe it was nerves

Hell of a comeback by the Stamps...quality football team.

If the Kavis Reed Esks get down 24-0 they just role over and take it.

I havent heard anything about Ray being seriously injured. Where are you getting your information from?

That aside Ray is a quality QB...its good to see him surrounded by a quality O-line and coaching staff so that he can shine.

Reilly just has no touch on his deep balls. If that was thrown by RR, Stamps is gone for 6.

Reilly waits way to ****ing long to throw a pass. He needs 4 seconds and our offensive line is not good enough for that.

This team is more of a joke than the Oilers and it's not even close.

Mark my words, this team finishes dead last in the West by at least 3 wins.
