Favorite Player?

Going into next season, who is your favorite Predator? Not the best, just your favorite?

I'll fit as many as I can into the poll. If you vote other, post who.

I went with the guy who is making a real effort to talk up Nashville and clearly loves this city and team - maybe more than anyone else on our roster.

Roman Josi.

Rinne is second for bailing us out 30+ times a game.

He may not be the best player but hes been here from the beginning and stuck through the bad year's to show his commitment to the team. How can you not like a guy like that.

Legwand obviously. And for the same reasons that Rinne, Klein, Hornqvist and Josi are getting love... he's been committed to Nashville and didn't go running for the greener grass on the other side of the fence.

The definition of Predators hockey.

Hornqvist for me. I just love the tenacity, effort and energy he brings to each and every game not to mention his willingness to take a beating and jump back in to the dirty areas time and time again.

It's a different era, so the numbers will never compare, but he reminds me a lot of a young Luc Robitaille: "too small", "too slow", "lacking in skill", late draft pick, yet consistently a scoring leader for the team.

Clear top 4

Shea
Peks
Josi
Legwand

In that order. Then #5 kinda bounces around like a title belt.

There are too many players I like. Webs, Fisher, Wilson, Rinne, Horns, Kleiner, Josi, and Legwand are some of the highlights. No particular order.

Kleiner is my dark horse favorite; good guy, likely number 3 after Pekka and Josi. Weber is a great player, but last summer just left a sour taste in my mouth.

I marked "other" because they are ALL my boys and my favorite simply because they are all Nashville Predators.
