I do brazilian jiu jitsu and lifting stuff without straps helps develop my grip strength. My lifting is not working with maximums or threes anyway, so someone else's mileage may vary.

I'm at the point where I've lost enough weight and want to start really building muscle. I've been eating and eating and while I'm looking bigger (according to my girlfriend and my eyes) I'm getting tired of eating so much.

BBQ isn't really an option for me, get good char lines with a very hot iron skillet. Using a George Foreman takes all the fun out of it.

Too many people think this way. Personally I could care less about doing it for girls, I'm doing it because I want to feel better during the day on what I am doing. I was joking!

I'm glad you don't do it for girls. I'm 24 and I don't either. I do it to live longer and live healthier while I am alive.

I like to grill meat because it essentially reduces the fat while maintaining the protein.

Just thinking about dem macros.

Letang does have some pretty sick workout videos out there. He's an animal.

I've been running up and down hills outside and riding the mountain bike prepping for a 5k and a Spartan Sprint in the next couple months and ended up getting some pretty wicked shin splints. As luck would have it my hockey beer league team plays in the championship game Thurs. night. Hopefully the soreness subsides by then.

Thanks, looking to be in shape by Christmas. I keep gaining and losing now because i'm not eating 100% clean like i used to. On and off, i need to stay on now. Ate mcdonalds and a sandwich the other day plus a pop, gained 4 pounds, now i lost it again in a day and a half. Time to just say "**** it" and stay on. Maybe once i get in shape i'll get off sometimes and eat **** but i need to stay on. 50 pounds lost, need to lose 30-40 more and hit 160-170 then start gaining.

i started this 21 day "bizzy man" diet challenge off of http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/the-bizzy-diet.html and it works amazingly. ive dropped 11 lbs in 10 days. the only thing that kills me is the dieting. no carbs. i love my carbs and its hard to do. but ive cut them out and it shows. already see my abs coming back in. its pretty nuts. if you are wanting to cut fat, try this workout program. btw you dont need the supplements.
