Not much of a surprise for me. All four teams I'm a fan of are at the bottom. 3 haven't won anything in my lifetime, and the other likely won't again. Below the Raiders. Wow

I'm trying to see how Pittsburgh ranked ahead of Detroit when DRW led many categories-- just the 'fan experience' portion? I think DRW was tops in an Emery U study on online fan community rankings as well.

I suppose once the Wings new stadium is built, all will be right again.

Well, these things are always wonky with how they determine them.

Title track, for instance.... at the risk of sounding like a homer, how does a team that won a title five years ago have a better track than a team that won it twice in the past four years?

But eh, no biggie. You just take these things with a grain of salt. More of a conversation starter than a serious measurement.

Also, just goes to show you what bad ownership can do to keep an otherwise good team down *coughdollarbillwirtzcough*

Title track should definitely have gone to the Hawks. Boston hasn't won yet, but two more recent finals appearances are nothing to sneeze at either.

Yeah, I think the toilet bowl probably has a good amount to do with it.

Looks like the IceArizona group has a lot of work to do.

Rough survey for Toronto team fans. All 3 at 100 or under.

Capitals produce their own TV show, have a town hall with players, ownership, and coaches at training camp. Also have a season ticket holder day at Six Flags with all the players.

#52 in FRL.

Also funny the player likeability is so low for the Capitals when Ovechkin is the most followed person in hockey on Twitter.

The Senators are the top Canadian sports team and one of the top 3 hockey teams on the list.

That's getting some play here by the Sens:

http://senators.nhl.com/club/news.htm?id=683696

The Ottawa Senators have been ranked the top Canadian team in all major professional sports and ninth overall among the 122 teams included in ESPN the Magazine’s 2013 Ultimate Standings, which were released online today.

Not surprised to see Edmonton at the bottom of the stadium experience list.

Rexall is a dump.

It has always been about going the arena for the game. In the last twenty years it have become about something else

That's very true. At the risk of dating ourselves too much, old arenas really were no frill affairs. Just some seats, usually not all that comfortable, the organ, basic concessions and bathrooms. You went there to watch the game.

It's gotten ridiculous with all the lights, noise, small promos and whatnot going on during stoppage in play and between periods. I honestly get more annoyed by that stuff, and I wouldn't consider not going to see my team play if they didn't have all the latest widgets in the arena. As long as the places were clean and safe, reasonably comfortable with air/temp, that was fine.
