Yeah, but who knows. Maybe Thornton will decide to join Madvescak as well.

I'll be curious to see how Team AHL does in the K next year. Riga is my KHL team, but thanks to Zagreb's Hershey connection I'll have a soft spot for them.

Saying we're a graveyard for skilled players is rude and ignorant. Kane, Little, Wheeler, Bogosian, Scheifele and Trouba have plenty of skill, thanks. We're close to being a playoff team as well.

Didn't realize the other day Loko extended Sanford, one of the best goalies in the league.

It can be in memory of his elder brother born in 1984.

and now Avtsin is transferred to Loko, as though a part of the Arzamastsev deal. Avtsin is the looser here, imho.

Wow, this Kovy thing is huge, could be a huge victory for the KHL if he signs with SKA.... The way it sounds - I thought about it a long time etc.. liked it over there during the lockout... All signs point to Kovy playing in the KHL. Earth shattering news for KHL if true.

I speculate that something is/has been in the works.... Very interesting, I like how the media was kept out on this for so long, how could they not have seen smoke from the fire?

Can you imagine Kovalchuk to retire now if the OG are in Russia next February? If he wanted to retire from hockey, he would wait 1 season IMO.
