No, No, No. If you're going to pay anymore than the 35 you can get online (and the price is higher at the gate), you might as well buy a season pass or the pay one visit twice ticket (online)...especially if you plan on going more than once.

As the parent for 3, yes, no, no.

When I was single, yes, yes, yes and I'd have money left to actually buy food and options.

You blood sucking kids better build a spare bedroom in your houses because we parents are crashing there as soon as we retire...

I worked there F/T for 5 years - I just quit to start my own business. Wonderland is a great place to bring the family but I wouldn't go at any cost.

So my answer is no

$35.00 just to walk around the grounds is far too much to pay. Other than rides, there is nothing to do. If it rains you're screwed with no decent place to wait it out, nothing but crappy food and Paramount merchandise to shop for. I'd rather spend that money at the CNE.

Don't know if they still do it, but you can get like a "Just Walk Around" pass (Well, it's not called that) it's like $15-$20 or something.

Thing is, you can still go on the rides.

I ran Front Gate and Revenue Control (the money counting room). My job was to get you into the park and once you spent your money I counted it.

Just that they put you in this box and ride you up super high vertically. You're so high that you can see the highways and see really really far. You look down and you realize just how high you are. Then they keep you up there for a few seconds and you start thinking about life, all the while knowing how fast they are going to drop you. And then BOOM! They drop you in like seconds and mere inches from the ground. On the way down your face is doing things you never thought it could. You're trying to keep your lips in check but can't stop them from doing a Hannibal Lechter impersantion when he tells Clarice he ate somebody with some fava beans and glass of wine(wrong spelling i know).

Maybe you've tried it already, but that was first and last for me.
