Prospect Rankings by Position.

Hey AV, I don't mean to nitpick, since your doing a brilliant job as Flame writer, but I was just wondering what the situation with the Prospect Rankings by Position is versus the Top 20, because they don't seem to agree on a few players, is it intentional? Or just how it happened?

Feel free to eSlap me if you find this annoying

Could you re-phrase your question? I'm not sure I'm understanding it correctly. To me it seems like you're asking for a ranking based on position as opposed to the traditional top twenty.

Not exactly, its just the rankings by position on the HF Flame page, they don't correspond with the Top 20, such as Chucko being ahead of Nystrom in the top 20, but not the LW rankings, and the same with Prust and Donally.

Just something I randomly noticed, no biggie though.

Ah.

My understanding of it is that the rankings have a bit of a glitch in them. It is supposed to automatically (and correctly) list prospects by positional rank based on the top twenty. When we incorporated the letter grade into our overall analysis, it created a bit of a problem in determining who gets ranked where.

I'm not sure what the status is of this being fixed.

Naw, no worries AV, I just feel everyone's prospect rankings should be the same as mine in every sense, lol.
