Yeah I was just stunned out of my mind both times.

That was sick when Kane dangled through the neutral zone to set up that play though, my friend was calling him overrated prior to last game, then he picks up 2 goals, and the Conn Smythe tonight.

To be fair, they were chosen before the epic comeback. Apparently.

Everything has been validated.

The core. Quenneville. Bowman. Kane. Crawford.

They have all been validated with this, most of them their second Cup win, for some like Saad they will never know how hard it is. But I'm cool with that. Maybe it won't be hard going forward either!

No matter what is done from this point on, I will not question this team. They've proven to everyone that they're winners and are going to be that way for a long time.

Let's go Hawks.

Crap, posted my congratulations in the wrong thread. Let me try this again:

Congrats on the win.

The Hawks were the best team in the NHL from the beginning of the regular season to 0:00 3rd tonight.

No team was going to stop them

What a game. Best and worst 2 min of my life. Lots of Hawks fan where there tonight.

Love that most scrutinized player all year gets the Cup winning goal. From goat to hero like that.

As always, thanks so much to this board. I don't post as much as I'd like because A) I'm a terrible person when the Hawks are losing B) I watch on streams and sometimes it's a few minutes behind the GDT action and C) I lurk be cause a lot of people on here know the sport way better than I do.

Mostly because of that last reason, you guys make hockey seasons so much enjoyable, and this was a truly special one for me.

I made it for the 2010 parade, but can't this year.

What's it like out there in Wrigleyville?
Rush & Division?

I see WGN briefly showing a a huge crowd out in Wrigleyville with cops controlling the crowd.

I still think Bolland should be gone, hell he was horrible tonight, but he sure picked a great time to score.

According to @FarhanLaljiTSN, #Blackhawks center Michal Handzus was playing with a broken wrist and torn MCL.

OK, so in August of 2009, my son was born. His first name and first middle name are Patrick Jonathan. Both players have since won the Conn Smythe. His second middle name is a family middle name that goes back through first-born sons a bunch of generations. But since it's "Patrick Jonathan Ray M," I think we better re-sign Emery just in case.

I haven't seen anything yet, but I don't expect all of the injuries to come out tonight.
