To put it into context - he was just finishing a post game press conference where he thoughtfully and respectfully sat there and answered questions while all the rest of his teammates had gone to the locker room and were popping champagne and dousing each other and drinking from the Cup and carrying on like all Cup winners do right after winning the Cup. You know he couldn't wait to get there and join his teammates in the celebration - but he did because he knew it was expected of him. His see ya was just a casual way of excusing himself and in my opinion actually better than just getting up and walking off the stage like most do.
For all the people who don't follow Kane 24/7 like most Hawks fans do, whether we want to or not, Kane has matured immeasurably since the first time he lifted the Cup.

Better than saying **** off time to party. I don't have a problem with it. Would you like to win a beer league 'ship and have to talk to tournament organizers for 10 minutes while your team celebrated?
