Pierre has a thing for Jones.

With his skill, he could easily drop back and play D. He'd easily be better than the likes of Letang and Greene.

Hell of luck for Nashville. But all four picks have been good picks so far. Now Nichuskin has to go here unless Carolina trades it.

Pierre has a thing for all prospects. His hyperbole is disgusting.

No he's not, Duthie. Seth's younger brother is heading to the NTDP not Portland.

Not hard to be better than Letang on D. Just don't mess up every play on D

Rumor was that BOS had big name player for 5th in some deal. Seguin? But they are picking and I agree with you on who.

Ehhhh. Lindholm is a good prospect but I absolutely LOVE Nichushkin's game.

Lindholm is a smaller Barkov. Safe pick but scouts worry about his overall offensive upside.

I don't question Sasha's upside. I do question Lindholm's though. Hence why Russian was the better pick. Valeri can score and plays a real nice game. Not a shy player and a big body.

You may not but a lot of scouts do. Only time will tell. Nichuskin has the Russian factor to worry about despite him being vocal about wanting to play here.

I don't see a deal today unless someone knocks our socks off. Maybe something very minor or a draft pick swap. I would imagine the price to get in the first round is pretty steep right now.

Calgary needs a TON of help but Monahan is a great start.

Not a bad pick by Calgary at all. Don't think Oilers take Nichushkin but he has to go at 8 or 9 to Buf or NJ and there, he's a steal.

Buffalo needs defensive help but I too think they grab Nichuskin.

The Oilers have figured out something that Colorado and Tampa haven't. Need defenseman to win.
