strenghth shot/stride

when practing use wrist weights and ankle weights for a real challenge use 20lbs wrists weights on each wrist and about 25 for each ankle an hour or to max then take them off and try your shot and skate you'll see a big bonus make this part of your training regimen this should be start around 15 yrs old and on

20lb wrist weights dont even exist. Try it with <5lbs wrist weights and 5lbs ankle weights.

If you can do this with 20 lb wrist weights then you should not have to work on your wrist shot.

I use wrist weights and have recently been shooting around 25 mph slap shots. I think my hard work has come to fruition!

Impressive.

I've just started to do this. I taped a couple pucks right above the blade of a stick, and have just been stickhandling around with a golf ball. I wish I could use a weighted puck, but its hard unless your on ice.
