I could see trading back into the first to get him, or trading back and getting him, but I would be shocked, and sorely disappointed, if they drafted him with #11 or traded up and drafted him (unless it was something like a deal with CGY where they got #6 and another first and picked Fucale + someone else). In other words, if Fucale is picked at 11, and we don't acquire another first rounder, I would be shocked and disappointed.

That would be quite the magic show. I like it.

Philadelphia fans are now sitting there like, "****. We might have to welcome McNabb back through his nephew after running him out of town?"

Everytime he "had to" laugh at Chris's joke he looked like... "Do I really have to?"

In!

So excited for this year's draft. And the Confederations Cup final? Chances I move from this couch for anything other than retrieving beers is nil.

That would make sense, but its not what they said. EJ Hradek tales about NJ taking him with the 9th pick.

Pretty sure that they were talking about him outside of the top 10 but could maybe see NJ taking him at 9 if they want a long-term solution in net. With Mason in net and Stolarz in the system, we're younger between the pipes than they are, so there's no real reason to reach.

I never ran him out of town! McNabb is probably my all-time favorite player. The Nurse and McNabb connection is something I am excited about! I don't think they take him though. He won't be there at 11 and I don't think they are going to trade up.

In indifferent to the McNabb scenario. I never hated him. I liked him a lot when he was our QB and defended him over the years.

That said, I don't look forward to him being interviewed about the Flyers in the Philadelphia media.

As a media personality, McNabb annoys the **** out of me.

I know, it was the typical Philly has no goalies nonsense. They also joked that Fucale might refuse to report if the Flyers drafted him.

Bunch. Of. Dopes.

I hope they boo Bettman today when he kicks off the draft. Great tradition.
