The way the Habs are drafting, me sensing that Trevor is getting the boot. Just a hunch.

this has been such a bad draft for us, the guys we passed up on for our picks, wow..So we have a decent goalie prospect but we had the potential to take higher upside guys, I'm a bit shocked at how crappy of a job we did.

I love the reactions in this thread, gotta say it's entertaining. A LOT of people absolutely freaking out and throwing in the towel already, ready to run Bergevin outta town, fun stuff to read.

Pretty neutral on this draft, I would rather just wait and see. All I really want to see now is the Habs picking up Jordan Subban.

Seriously though, how many of you have seen these players play a good amount of time? How many have seen them more than our scouting staff? Every have a conversation with the players or ask them questions?

Holy overreaction batman.
Everybody here makes the difference between our love DURING draft day, and what it will turn out to be in the future. Right now, at least as far as I'm concerned, it's the total opposite from last year. Strangely, when everybody was ecstatic last year, NOBODY in here came and told us to stop overreacting. This is the most non-characteristic Timmins draft since his start in 2003. Normal we are stunned to say the least.

Ryan Gaves just went, good pick here. Moster size, decent mobility and pretty good smarts.

Jordan Subban still there...

Well there was the rumor that as soon as the draft ends, he's joining Columbus as assistant GM....But then, it still has to be Timmins draft. Nobody was here enough to ovetake him at this point.

Some of you need to send a resume to the Montreal Canadiens. With all of the experts in here crying over every single name drafted we would win the stanley cup next season.

Oh yeah that's right, forgot about that.

Still can't imagine that Churla didn't have a big say in this draft...

He's qualified enough to be one IMO.

Fucale seems like a bright kid in his interview here on TSN.

Just not a typical Timmins draft. Character over talent is not his signature.

Love Fucale. Can't believe I was against the pick. He's so soft spoken, humble, polite, and seems very nice.

Duthie asked if he cared that he was passed over in the 1st round and he said "no no no, the goal is the same no matter what round you get picked in."

Also love how nuts his dad went when the Habs called out his son's name.

Fucale is a very well-spoken young man. I like this kid.

LOL at his dad's reaction, in slow-mo.
