Mostly the great ones who keeps bashing posters who have opinions....Those are the very best. Of course it's easier to bash posters than to actually have opinions themselves...

You're bummed about missing out on Tucker Poolman aren't you?

I'm intrigued by Hill as a late round big guy

At the same time, you see who has seen thousand of cameras and mics for the past three years and who hasn't.

No. 9 was too high (price-wise) for Bo Horvat, but

It really sucks that stupid bungling of Gillis w/ Luongo led him to move Schneider\
and THAT is how Horvat's name came off the board.

I hope Vanny goes out 1st round every year under Gillis.
(((no, I don't want that team with lottery picks)))

Heh, seemed like at every single pick (except for maybe Fucale, Lehkonen and Andrighetto) people were extremely unhappy. And even in the case of Lehkonen and Androghetto, they're not big guys.

I'm familiar(ish) with the top 30-40 players but after that, I don't know ****. I think most people here are like me but lots are pretending to be experts for some reason. Lame.

Bergevin per Maguire on 98.5...

Wanted Morin, wanted Subban in the 4th, wanted to move into the Top 10.

That's exactly what I said earlier but these "prospect experts" never told me why they know so much about prospects.

98,5 fm confirming that Morin was going to be our pick if we could have moved up in the 1st round. And that the Habs wanted to pick Jordan Subban.

Bergevin: "On a tenté d'améliorer notre rang de sélection, le prix nous convenait, mais l'équipe a finalement choisi de garder son choix."

My thoughts on Crisp...

I'm from Erie and I got to see this kid play about ~8 times this year. He's got a non-stop motor, hits everything, fights everyone, and has some hands. He's basically a bigger Ryan Hartman, a few months older but plays for a TERRIBLE Erie team. They're on the rise though... watch his stats improve drastically again next year.

He was injured for his entire draft year, similar to Alex Galchenyuk. Hence why he was not drafted last year.

He's a gritty/character guy flying under the radar due to where he's playing. You notice him EVERY shift though. His ceiling, similar to Ryan Hartman, is a gritty third line agitator/shutdown type. Don't be too upset with this pick...

Wanted everything but did nothing. A little bit sad, no?
