If the team is searching for a vet who wanted cost much to acquire Heatley, Booth, Malone, Hemsky are all possibilities.

Nashville gets quality NHL experienced guys (Centers, which is what you want) + a Dman

PHI gets a top tier D prospect to develop along with Morin and the other guys, which leads to strong defensive hope for the future.

They can now trade Coburn and his cap hit to (hopefully) ANA for Bobby Ryan.

As a Flyers fan I wouldn't mind doing this, it will hurt a little because we just acquired the Schenns and Coots, but we're getting a big big big promising return.

What would you guys give up for Ryan. Klein would be of interest but something would have to be added

I don't think they do. Honestly.

The Flyers are known for their ability to draft good forwards.

In conclusion: The Flyers will bounce back in the forward department without a doubt, while grooming the nations top ranked prospect + Morin and company.

I know it looks ugly, but that's the price you have to pay when you're desperate for a true game changing #1 D man.

Booth brings expierience

Part on the back end.

LOL, even though we're in a bit of a dead puck era look at what the last 6 cup winners had in the top 6, Preds should be shopping Seth non-stop right now.

if you guys want a cheap 60pter then your man is DD, he doesnt fit well in MTL because of the way our team is built.
@3.5M he has pretty insane $ for PPG value, and hes still young

Salomaki + 2nd for DD?

What about Ryan Ellis for Lee Stempniak and a 2014 2nd rounder?

Nashville gets a top-six RW, only 30 years old, was tied for Calgary's top point producer last year (32 points in 47 games). Only makes $2.5M next year, and gives Nashville a year to re-sign him. They also get a 2nd rounder in 2014, which will likely be 31st-34th overall.

Calgary gets a young defenseman that fits the mould of what Feaster is trying to do.

Not sure if this is dead on, but I'd like to think the value is there for the most part.

Considering the Ducks wanted Karlsson and Cowen I am going to think they will want the farm for Ryan

I think Skinner should be target #1 for Nashville, followed closely by Ryan.

Free agency has some decent secondary scoring, including Brierre, Filpulla etc.

So Cammalleri goes from generating no interest according to Feaster, to being worth a 2nd and decent prospect? I don't think so.
