Just debated the other night about the merits of hash browns versus home fries.

I love both.

Only hash browns I like are the heart-attack-inducing McDonald's ones. Home fries beat normal hash browns.

The younger marathon bomber gets arraigned today at 2:30pm. The US Attorney General may seek the death penalty. Fry him.

This is a fascinating topic, and I also love both.

Hash browns are excellent when cooked on a flat top because you get the best of both worlds...the outside layer is nice and crusty, and the inside layers are soft. IMO, ihop has the best hash browns around, and also their pancakes are far superior to Bickfords.

Homefries have a bit more substance to them, but in my experience, it's more difficult to get the seasoning to potato ration corroect. When done well, a good home fry is hard to beat.

Baby sleeping consistently from 7/8 to 5/6.

I'll take it.

Trade off for the wife is no naps during the day and constant nursing.

I like spending time with the baby but its nice to put her to bed and have some quiet time

Home fries are the bigger spectrum. I have had horrible and really good. Hash browns are pretty consistent. Only gross when overly fried
