Marsh, I guess you are a nicer and more tolerant person than I am because I will say it.

First, I will preface this by saying I probably came across as much of an ***hole as some of the people in this thread regarding kids when I was younger. I'm hoping I didn't, but likely did (and still do about certain things). That notwithstanding, why don't some of the people go back and read what you posted about kids and then ask yourself,

"How much does this make me sound like a self-centered ******bag?"

I mean, God forbid that you should be subjected to some kids running around and making noise in a mall or some other place! The horror! I am not making excuses for parents who allow their kids to run wild because they should not, but occasionally it's going to happen. Most parents feel absolutely horrible when their kids inconvenience other people already, so imagine how much better it makes them feel when they are getting dirty looks, or even better, advice from people who don't even have children. That's the freaking best!

I love how some have said, my parents raised me like this or like that. Like most things people tend to sanitize and romanticize the past and don't remember how they really were as children (I know I do this). Unless you are the exception to the rule, it's unlikely that you emerged from your mother's womb the perfect human beings that are now gracing society, and at one point inconvenienced an adult that was not your parent. Hopefully, they handled it better than you do now.

I'm still trying to get past the part where he or she says they got drunk and hooked up the first night. Must be a generational thing, because the only time that happened to me was when I fell asleep reading Penthouse Letters

I must have been born about 20 years too early I guess?

I feel old.

ps I hope that everything works out for the poster. Relationship issues blow for anybody.

i couldn't give less of a **** when kids are running around stores and malls and acting like kids.

i draw the line with parking lots. call it unfair, call it whatever. say it was romanticized all you like. i was taught from the time i was old enough to walk that i either held my mom's hand or hung onto the side of the shopping cart until we were at the car. i never once went running off into the parking lot like so many do today.

My pet peeve is seeing unrestrained kids in cars. I can't count the number of toddlers I've seen clambering around in moving cars. Then when they go through the windshield and end up dead or hospitalized the moronic parents don't even get that it's their fault.

There is nothing like 'seeing' something through a child's eyes.

They are uninhibited, they make no judgements. no stereotypes have been formed in their brains. They "add" to things to make something out of mistakes (they see it as a new landscape). We would all do well to be more "child-like".

I dont photograph adults...they stiffin and judge themselves. I hate it, and will only do it for oodles of $$

I LOVE to photograph kids--they dont give a ****. I'd do that for free

I'm literally sitting here watching Netflix. Not a soul has pulled in. And where this job is heavily commission based, I'm making dinky do.

I'll be trading my s4 for the one whenever it comes out. I have no idea when though. We haven't even got training material on it yet and we usually get that 2-4 weeks in advance.

I haven't seen my HTC rep in months, yet I see Samsung and LG at least twice a month. HTC is slipping.

Happy 4th guys. Love you all, even Lonnie

Best time of year in my opinion. Have some fun, grill some good food, put back a couple brews and celebrate.

What kind of interest are you seeing for the Q10? Call me old fashioned, stupid, whatever you want - I won't give up my BB until they stop making a keyboard.

Unless your looking to run a business through your phone, the Q10 isn't really something people are looking for. The touch screen keyboards nowadays are miles ahead of what they were even 2 years ago. I have no issues typing with my big fat fingers.

Blackberry just isnt the power house it was 4-5 years ago. Most other companies have blown past them.

Cue Neely2005 to prove me wrong with statistics from Nigeria saying Blackberry is ahead of Iphone

The Stop and Shop across the street from me has been slammed since 730 a.m.

Im not sure how much longer I can last here. Perks of being top dog is I can leave when I wish, but I was hoping to make it to at least 3.
