Slava- tops in the NHL sophomore class

The Backhand Shelf (a good hiockey site, esp their daily podcasts during the season and playoffs, great stuff) took a look at the NHL sophomores and author details some of the achievements of the 2nd year NHL class and selected Slava as the best sophomore last year.

Thanks for posting this because I had completely missed it.

Slava really is such a great young player. Happy to see others see what we get to watch every game.

that he is TG and having him and Dewey inked for years and both so young, bodes well for the Kings.
And you can just sense Slava is going to just bloom and grow. Every time he has the puck you begin to anticipate what he'll do.
So much to look forward to...

Slava could be a number 1 on most teams.
