I've never played angry birds.

Also, got premium spotify. 12x better than iTunes.

Well, you better do something while you're on there, otherwise that's just time you're not getting back.

Touch screens are weird.

I need to find a good all-in-one instant messenger app that will let me log in to multiple yahoo and aim accounts at once, as well as check my hotmail.

Also I can't do gapless mp3 playback because apparently my carrier has not rolled out the android update that adds gapless mp3 playback.

Until your internet connection dies.

I've used spotify, and it is brilliant, but in this digital age I am leery of "license agreements" and other such corporate-speak that means "you don't own this, and we can change the terms of your service anytime we want."

I still buy CDs occasionally because some music deserves to be owned.

While we're on the topic of music - I know you all miss this song terribly:

With premium you can download and listen off-line as well.

I still buy CDs for the genres that I really like. Because then some ******* should know what genre there needs to be more of.

That train crash in Spain. . . . ugh, awful. Hope that driver gets castrated and tortured the rest of his life.

Another Friday night spent driving around on friend's car, while he drinks booze.

Mission: Go to a local cruise, acquire female company and have a good time in general while cruising and after that.

Status: Friend went to sleep in my sofa after we got here at 3 AM. He's alone. I'm alone, randomly browsing the net. It's nearing 7 AM, and I'm going to get some sleep.

Final report: Mission failed.

You did hear that he might've just braked too late? It's impossible to completely override the safety systems on a modern train. Those pictures in his FB were probably older, and not relevant to the accident.

Yeah, it was a horrible event, but I'd wait for the official report before calling someone to get "castrated and tortured (for) the rest of his life".

I want to visit my blood homeland Sweden sometimes soon. I don't know who my relatives are and am not sure where to start, or whether they would even care to meet, but I want to go to Sweden and have fun.

Random thought of the night.

(I'm half swedish, half german)

Anyone have recommendations for a multi-network IM app for android? I want something so I can talk on yahoo, aim, and google in one app.

Mine had a pre-loaded Email app that just let you switch from one to the other all in one.

I watched ten minutes of Howard the Duck last night on HBO Family. Here's what it entailed:

-A antromorphic 3 foot high duck.
-The "relax...I'm a professional" guy from Ferris Bueller being a sleazy manager.
-SPACE RABIES!
-Attractive Lea Thompson being in an all-girl band from Cleveland
-Tim Robbins missing their show but wanting to watch the band undress (in those words).
-Howard the Duck not knowing what pizza is. Somehow this makes the most sense out of anything.
-Lea Thompson seducing a duck.
-Again, pointing out that a grown woman seduced an alien duck. In a children's movie.
-Jeffrey Jones and Tim Robbins walking in on that. Not the creepiest thing involving Jeffrey Jones, but still that scene likely ****ed up a generation of kids.
-Them talking about it.
-Really bad color.
-Something about lasers.

This was just ten minutes. How the hell was Howard the Duck a children's movie?

Finally found the video of one of the few specialized military units I've had the pleasure of working side by side with:

Substituting turkey for beef when making tacos really doesn't make much of a difference. Still delicious.

Here's a Finnish special unit.. Combat divers.
I wasn't one of them but served on a same vessel in the "navy" (Finnish Navy).

They were tough but calm guys.

Chicken works well, too.

If you happen to have a stand mixer, like a Kitchen-aid. Cook up some chicken, season it as you would beef or turkey, and toss the chicken into the stand mixer.

It gets perfectly broken up and ends up being dead on for tacos/enchiladas/etc.

My family has been doing this for years.

Works in pretty much anything beef is used for. Burgers, hamburger helper, tacos, sloppy joes, meatloaf, whatever.

Tried making cannelloni today for the first time. Will not make that mistake again. It took me more than a half an hour to fill them and I just ended up making a big mess with the (beef) filling. There has got to be a better way to fill them than with a regular small spoon, right? It was very tasty once baked, but I'm not happy with the work/taste ratio.

why the jesus would you bother to mix up the chicken. just eat regular chicken tacos/enchiladas without the extra cleanup?

spice chicken with smoked paprika, cayenne, black pepper, lime, garlic salt AND cumin. avocado slices, cilantro, and thin strips of anaheim pepper. if you like cheese add that, and instead of sour cream make avocado crema. mmmm.

****. now i'm starving.

i always use ground venison. with that much spice from the tacos... pretty much any ground meat can be used and it will taste just about the same.

ground venison is also good in any of the mexican hamburger helpers... pretty much the same concept
