I wish it was me. Being able to edit posts and make it look like you made the edit yourself would be one hell of a trick.

You should see all the abuse I had to dole out to get them to consider you for mod.
AHA! Found the culprit by checking the edit history. Myself and the culprit basically edited the post at the same time. I added the official Habs tweet while he deleted my beautiful gif.

You're off the hook this time.

Wouldn't matter if Habs won all 82 games next year by 5 goals, there would be SOMEONE on here that would complain that they didn't win them by 6. Strange, it really is.

The 7th rounder was for Parros. Lefebre was the extra needed to get the stache as well.

Briere and Parros.

Some things never change with this team.

Samsonov and Laraque flashbacks.

When an enforcer is traded more times than most of us change our underwear in a week, you know somethings wrong.

If Hf Florida fans are to be believed, we just inherited Laraque 2.0. They're thrilled he's gone. Great

Cut the drama FFS. Who would you have signed? Seriously. 9M of cap space with several important contracts up next year: go.

He was free, if he sucks put him on waivers and *poof* he is gone. There is literally no downside to this.

I don't get paid the big bucks to make those kind of executive decisions. I'd need my own staff, and a multitude of other things. You're acting like its a big dramatic statement. But I disagree, its just the truth. Briere and Parros would have both been great to have three years ago, but not now.

I like how you say seriously though, like Im supposed to seriously answer that question without having to write a dissertation on it.

Other than we have to play him. He fights Orr, cool.

Its like saying there was no downside to having BGL on the ice. Get defensive all you want, Im just bored with the redundancy.

Geez, one goon is fine. You can double shift a Galchenyuk in that spot if it comes to that.

At least we dumped Lefebvre. I'm pretty sure he had unflattering photos of our management staff or is related to one of them to get a contract in the first place.

The exact reason why you don't waste a high draft choice on a thug. These guys are a dime a dozen and as the salary cap collapses, they will become cheap fungible commodities. Or at least until the plaintiffs win the Boogaard case and the costs of insurance and potential future jury awards blessedly drive fighting to its well earned demise.

Now the 7th rounder the Habs gave up at the draft for a 7th next year makes more sense. Bergy wanted to use it to land an enforcer after the draft..wasn't able to get it done before that. The Habs will still have a 7th round pick next season.

I'm against otherwise useless goons like Parros but as long as he's used sparingly it's really not a big deal, especially if it means more ice time for Galchenyuk and Eller.

BGL was as much as disaster because he refused to fight and was an attention ***** as it was because he was terrible.

33.

You can double shift him, but if you can get Parros on an offensive zone start with small opposing d he'll cause havoc.

I'm sure we'll see him on the pp.
