Dietz honest question has Thrower became a gigantic bust or what? I tought everyone wanted him last year and that he was an absolute steal.

I think this is where Darren Dietz belong.

Add Jeremy Gregoire. Let's just say that I fail to see how Crisp could be considered better at this point, considering both had similar seasons... With Gregoire being a year and a half younger.

It's just that he regressed.
What we don't know yet is how much that was because of "external factors".

Went Dietz here. It is pretty much a toss up for me over the next 5 spots though.

The name. Both won't be voted before all are included anyway

Dietz, add Crisp since I'm a sheep.

Thomas is my pick. He has outscored everyone of our AHL prospects in his first pro season.

Add Grégoire.

Picked Christian Thomas, but I think it was between him, Pateryn, and Holland.

Bennett...add Gregoire. Surprised Bennett isn't more highly regarded here. Skating is such an important part of today's game, especially on the blueline.

I give Thomas the edge over Lehkonen due to health and proximity.

He suffers from the NCAA lack of diffusion. Most people don't really know him (like Sullivan, Didier, Macmillan, Cichy). There's also the shiny new toy syndrome that may keep him from the top 10.

Again it would have to be Thomas. He had a good first full season in the ahl and is on the doorstep to the nhl.

I'm still a fan, although having not followed him before this past season, I don't know what went wrong with him. The numbers he put up in his draft year were impressive.

Well that's not very fair, Hamilton was the worst team in the league, they scored only 159 goals, compared to Thomas's team which scored 213 goals. Plus aside from Beaulieu, not much in the way of offensive skill in Hamilton last season especially since Leblanc played so poorly.

NCAA players always seem to get underrated here as not many watch them play.

I don't see why it has to be Thomas here.
