Good luck to him. He was surprisingly decent in Colorado. He's a peice of paper who falls down everywhere, but he has some skill. With some balance training I still see a future for him.

He's got some great vision on the ice in the offensive zone (minus the invisible trip wires he always hits), and can make some solid passes off the wall to an attacking player.

Hope he does well, I liked the effort and energy he brought last year. He wont be easy to send down once he gets a couple games up with the Canes. Fans will take a liking to him.

Awards:
I would've taken him back on the Habs (for the Bulldogs) at that price. He's a hard worker.

He needs to work on his balance and skating. I think he could be regular NHL-player, If he improves those areas.

JR confirmed the 'mystery FA' isn't Jagr.

I think we've got two forward spots open.

His problem is he can't really play a bottom 6 role and isn't good enough to force a team to give him a top 6 role. If the Canes have an open spot maybe he can break, he's a hard worker.

Palushaj will have a chance to battle for a bottom 6 winger spot with a few guys like Bowman, Sutter, Rask, Dalpe/Boychuk (RFAs), etc. Decent depth signing.

PJ, Pajamas, whatever you call him all you need to know is that the odds are in your favor if you bet against him staying on his skates an entire shift. It became comical eventually.

He's got potential still and is a hard worker, but his skating is seriously weird.

That's what I thought too.

Still seems to me he'll only ever be an NHL-AHL tweener. Doesn't seem to fit well in an NHL lineup but is better-suited for the AHL.

Can't hurt for depth as a spare forward or for the Checkers. Just not a guy I'd like in my regular lineup.

I love watching Palushaj, and hope that he can force his way into a top-six role in Carolina.

He'll fit in well with Boychuk if he can't stay up on his skates.
