so the devils only get a 250k cap penalty every year for like ever? do we think he did this because he really didnt want to play in nhl much longer and the longer he continued to play, the bigger the penalty wud be to the devils?
Zebras don't change their stripes. Was getting tired of hearing Devils' fans preaching how this selfish (but skilled) player had taken on this "team-first identity," and how hitching their wagon on him was a good idea.
This thread is going to lead to a lot of "Rangers fans are classless" comments.
If this is true, which I still haven't bought into yet, it's crazy. A real dick move. But, it also tells you something about how a star player, who supposedly wants to win the Cup (hence crying to get out of ATL), feels about the Devils future. Things not looking too good over there right now.
