Jagr or Morrow?

What do you guys think?

Reportedly Habs are in the race for both, neither have signed yet.

Which would you prefer?

I'd go Jagr, but I think that has more to do with the fact he's been one of my favorite players for years. If we signed him, I'd be out buying a #68 Habs jersey within minutes.

We definitely need a poll added for this. I'm curious to see the results.

Poll added.

I gotta go with Jagr, although I love Morrow as well.

Montreal needs Morrow more. Jagr from 2 years ago on Philly would be nice but now he isn't more than a 3rd liner unless he is playing on the 2nd or 1st out of necessity.

Neither!

More ice times for Galchenyuk, Gallagher and Eller!

Myself I'd love it if we got Jagr, not d'or the team's interests but just out of curiosity, to see what jagr + plek could do in the nhl.

Both for me. I would love to have great depth like that on our team. Plus maybe we could rest Jagr for the last 10 or so games before the playoffs

Morrow.

**** Jagr, he's used us too many times to drive up his price and he sucked in the playoffs.

I say Morrow for sole fact it adds some grit into a top 9 role. Morrow isn't what he used to be but unlike our other gritty players, he can slot into the top 6 and be a complimentary player with grit.

Guys like Jagr are great but maybe 2 years ago would've been better.

I think we haven't watched the same playoff. And I don't even want Jagr on this team.

One goal in 33 playoff games for Jagr.

Morrow had more goals in one Ottawa series than Jagr has had in two playoff years.

It looks like habs management managed to convince habs fans that character is more important than skill.

He was pretty bad. Slow, can't keep up with the pace. And that was with the Boston Bruins who are not known as a very fast team. In Montreal he would look even more out of place.

Jagr was actually just snake bitten, he controlled the play like he often does at times, he can still do things that morrow will never be able to do.

He was snakebitten on the Flyers too. Only had one goal in 11 games.

Jagr has only 11 playoff goals in 56 playoff games since the lockout.

Maybe Jagr has snakes biting him for years.

I don't know why people just assume because he had a lot of shots on net that he was unlucky. Maybe he's just not as strong and capable anymore because he's 41 years old. Does that not make more sense?

Plus if he's not scoring goals, he's not doing anything. At least Morrow can hit and crash the net.
