How are you all feeling right now?

A week ago, we were down 3-1 in the last series. We faced a week's worth of elimination games. But, now, here we are, about to start a whole new series. It's hard to wrap my mind around the fact that tomorrow's game is not an elimination game. As a result, I am much calmer right now than I have been each of the past 3 games. So, how would you describe how you are feeling right now?

Been pretty relaxed since I woke up yesterday. I'm sure the nervous excitement will be back by the time I'm leaving for the game.

I'm really happy, being at game 7 helped a lot. We're in the conference finals. I think they need to beat this team, plain and simple. But I'm pretty optimistic from here on out. These are our guys and I love them. Sorry I brought up Bowman, I got caught up in the fire movements and didn't want Bobo to go unrecognized. But it was unnecesary at the time for sure.

I've been to 4 playoff games where we won in OT:

2009 - Havlat
2010 - Hossa
2010 - Byfuglien
2013 - Bickell

But, I've never been to an OT winner in the playoffs where that OT goal decided the series. I can only imagine the heightened excitement in the stands after Seabrook's goal...Was it the loudest you've heard UC?

I was at both of those games as well, that game vs the Sharks in 2010 was actually my first Hawks game.

Excited but extremely nervous. I don't want to see LA make the final two again.

Anxious. Mainly because there's really no hockey to watch these past couple of days, but Saturday is almost here. I'm glad it's an early game, I hate waiting.

Cool as the other side of the pillow.

I never thought the Hawks would get this far so everything from here on out is just a bonus to a great season. As long as we don't get swept I'll be satisfied.

Yes, it was the loudest I've heard it by far. The next two moments that come to mind that I was there for are Sharp's OT winner in Game 3 against Detroit in 2009 and Game 2 back-to-back goals in the finals against Philly. But the UC was the loudest I've ever heard it on both Hjalmarsson's "no" goal and Seabrook's OT winner half an hour later.

like we can score more on Quick

I feel like abandoning logic .....Quick should be harder to score on than Howard because he is a better goaltender. The Kings will play more physical than Detroit so it should mean even less scoring for the Blackhawks. Somehow I think we can get behind the slower defense and that can be the difference. I think we have a breakout game in game 1 or 2 where we score 5 goals.

I think we score more this series. I'm expecting Sharp & Kane to get hot. Toews will have his hands full playing against bigger centers. I think Hossa & Toews get neutralized and cancel out Richards & Carter from scoring. Bickell I can see skating on the first line and picking up another 2G & 2A in this series.

Tired because of the missing sleep (short season is even more bad for this with that compressed schedule)

happy to see our team doing well

Same. It's kind of stressing me out to wake up in the middle of the night almost every other day.

Going into the season, I thought they'd be a 1st or 2nd round exit. Starting the playoffs, I figured they would make it to the conference finals. I don't expect the Hawks to win this series but I hope they can push it to 6 games. I hope I'm wrong and that they improve their play and win the next two series but I just don't see it happening.

Blackhawks should fear NO ONE after coming back from 3-1. I don't care if the Kings are the defending champs, I don't care if they have Quick, I don't care if they are the more physical team, etc. You are the team that nobody can beat FOUR TIMES. You are the team that few opponents can hang with when you bring the offense. You are the teat that is almost unstoppable when Oduya limits himself to 3 turnovers per game. You are the team who has Scottie Pippen cheering you on in your skybox...... well he cant really help you but who cares he's still Pippen? You are the team with the speed. I think the Hawks "found themselves" in that Detroit series and are on a streak right now that they can ride to the Finals. A lot of people are giving the Kings the edge forgetting that they are going to run into a Hawks team that is on a streak and nobody does streaking better than us.

Besides that, I simply cannot stomach watching the boring Los Angeles Kings in the Stanley Cup. Last year's Finals had me in a coma.

Worried ...

- mostly that Hawks will be dominated physically and certain players will wilt and cough up the puck, particularly in our end - that our D's presence in front of the net is poor and Kings will be standing around and harassing CC all series - that any player deep down, thinks that getting past Detroit makes for a successful season - that Q continues to have Kruger or Bolland take crucial draws in our end, especially on the PK - that CC let's in a soft goal (it may only take one with Quick at the other end) - that a top player gets injured from the relentless hits - that our PP continues to be poor.

As I've said: Hawks must dictate by playing their game and keep their grinders chasing all night. Use our speed, keep the puck and keep the feet moving in traffic, draw penalties. The PP needs to blossom. Keep LA scared to take penalties. Tie up players in our end with body position and less stick checking.
