That stuff is dangerous and the linesmen need to be taught better.
First fight, you've got a linesman holding one guy's arms down while the other guy beats him over the head. That's a great way to get someone injured -- maybe it's the guy betting beaten, maybe it's the linesman himself.
Second fight, you get the inevitable when linesmen play superhero: a player isn't satisfied so he breaks away from the officials to continue the fight. Now you've got a loose cannon on the ice, running up behind an official with his back turned and a player with his arms pinned. They were lucky it didn't turn into a very ugly situation indeed.
Officials are not bouncers. They should be taught to back off until the players are safely tied up or on the ice, and THEN intervene with the purpose of getting everyone to the penalty box safely. And for god's sake, teach these guys to tie up a jersey before someone gets KO'ed.
