Wow, our division seems like a breeze compared to the Metropolitan division.
I understand they couldn't call us the Northeast because of those two Florida stragglers, but considering only Boston and Fort Lauderdale touch the Atlantic Ocean in our division, that isn't too accurate anyway.
The "Metropolitan Division" should just be called the Bettman's Boys Division. What the **** is that, the New York Hockey League?
There's an obvious geographical trend in the naming of three of the divisions... and then one that's just randomly named the Metropolitan division? That'd be like having three divisions name after former hockey greats, and one names after a time zone. Why change the theme?
The "Atlantic" division only has two teams (out of eight) on the Atlantic seaboard... three if you count TB (on the Gulf of Mexico side).
