I bought a Jagr one from there. They did a horrible job. The back numbers were not sewn onto the jersey flat.

While the font may not match exactly as the players font for the Flyers - I still prefer cool hockey. I've used them 4 or 5 times now.

This year will likely be the first time i can catch Philly play in Dallas. It's a weekend game, finally. They always come on a weekday near Christmas, and I can't manage it.

So, I'll be rockin a Simmonds Flyers jersey in Dallas then, probably.
Cool! Enjoy! I like wearing stuff year round, but it's usually too hot here to wear an actual jersey from March to November. I make it to a few games a year, but no more season tickets. I'm not about to buy season tickets to go see the Lightning either!

IceJerseys does a great job. They also have great promotions. If customization is what you're looking for, Dorholt Custom Sports does great work. Dorholt himself posts here.

Thanks for the info. I'll probably keep using Coolhockey for now. They have great sales around black friday too.

IF I get a Jagr Devils one, it'll be in that time frame

Yes. It's like 100F here in Tx today. So yea, the time I can wear them is not a very huge time frame...

I get strange looks when I wear my Bieksa Canucks jersey

I get strange looks whenever I wear anything hockey related around here. Most people don't like hockey here, but I see a Stamkos T-shirt once in a while. The Lightning are 40 minutes away, and it's hard to believe they actually draw good attendance.

When I retire, we may retire near the gulf side of Florida. It's cheaper to get a condo on the Gulf side than on the East coast of FLorida. So, I may end up near the Tampa Bay area when my son graduates school eventually... That way, I'll have a team to go see

Awesome! It's cheaper on the Gulf Coast and the Gulf always seem considerably warmer than the ocean on the Atlantic Coast! It's much cheaper than Jersey too, but the pay isn't that great. Not sure what it's like in Texas but it can't be any more expense than Jersey, that's for sure.

How far are you from retirement?

I am 41. I can retire at 52 if I want. However, I think we'll wait until my 6 year old is outta high school.. t still... that's very close to that same age for me too... So, in another 11-12 years if I want.

I'll still be young enough for another job if I want.

I looked at Condo prices in the area last year.

Admittedly, the water is nicer on the atlantic side, but it's outta my price range as a probation officer.

You could still get something decent on the Atlantic side, but things are better on this side. You'll enjoy it!

Well, we'll see where things are at in a few years. But beach front on the Atlantic side seems to be WAY up there...

Anyway - that's the plan...

It's gonna be an interesting camp if Tedenby or Josefson manage to look competent, and part of me is worried that Deboer is gonna take a liking to someone like Pelley.

It's good to have a lot of depth options, but I'm already mentally preparing myself to defend Tedenby and Josefson years from now when Deboer sticks them with Janssen for forty five games and they play themselves out of the lineup.

I don't think he'll take a liking to Pelley, please no!

I think Pelley played like 5 games under Deboer. When we got Carter, Pelley played like 3 more games in the span of 6 or 7 weeks. That showed me he gave Pelley a vote of no confidence.

The only player I'd rather see Pelley play over is Timmy Tostitos!

I'm kinda curious how Pelley would do between Carter and Bernier.

Agreed. Sorry Eggers my man. I don't think there's a person I'd rather not see on the team than Pelley other than Sestito.

I never liked Pelley. Perhaps I set my expectations too high after Lou decided not to bring back Madden, and brought up Pelley by name as someone who needs to be given a chance. Since Madden got a chance when Carpenter retired. Maybe I had this idea that Pelley was supposed to be a guy who could semi shut down other teams top stars like Madden did.

I don't think Pelley's any worse than Gionta, and he's better at faceoffs. If I had the choice, neither of them would be on my team.

I love Gionta but I'm starting to think Josefson would be better centering the 4th line. He looked really good for a few games with Carter and Bernier before Pandolfo broke his wrist. They even scored some goals together. I remember being beyond pissed when Pandolfo broke his wrist, and I think a lot of us were. I didn't know who they'd call up, and thought we'd be stuck with Boulton in the playoffs!

I agree 100%. Little Gio is a great story but if we can pull of Zajac/Henrique/Lokti/Jajo as our 4 Cs he's not going to be on this team.

I see him on the outside looking in as is with the acquisition of Olesz.
