What I donít realize? Trust me, I realize. Compound exercises are essential, but isolation exercises are also good as they often work out that specific body part more than whatever compound exercises you are doing. This is why you incorporate both in a routine.
sure, but I do not need to incorporate isolation exercises yet as I'm just try to bulk up and the best way for that right now is sticking to compound exercises. Isolation exercises have their place but not yet, for me at least. As long as I am continuing to make gains I will be sticking with my program.

I know, Berty. I appreciate it.

I've decided that I'm going to start taking two days off after three days of lifting (do cardio one of the days). The last couple of times I've done this, I've felt much stronger upon my return to the gym.

Let's go back to last night after softball .. I went into my bathroom with the pup laying at the foot of my bed, I showered and came out to see him laying in the exactly same spot/position except with ripped tissue everywhere .. Kinda funny actually, but he got into the garbage I guess .. And not only did he chew up a tissue he ate something else that made him sick

PM me if you want to know what it is

Nice, AMA and WTF is my favorite. AMA's are good and I find WTF to be the true funny, or else I'm extremely odd.

Seems kinda feather weight to me. I'm around 6' or 6'1 and I'm close to 180. Still get dominated in floor hockey by a girl half the size of me though.

since the average height I would say for a guy is 6'0-6'2 that is really small

150 is pretty damn light. The few women I've talked to about this don't seem to have a good grasp on the guys' weight/height proportionality.

Wow guess it makes sense for you guys. It must be hard to keep a fit body with 200 pounds on you

When I ask people what they think I weigh they always guess way under what I actually weigh. I have long skinny arms and legs so that's probably why.

Not as hard as you'd think. If a guy is around 5'8"-6'2 or 3, their 'ideal weight' is probably 170-200. BMI is a bad barometer.

Just a heads up, don't let the first episode scare you off.

It has that girl from The Conjuring as the main actress playing Norma Bates. I think she is well cut out for this kind of role -- the dark, horror/suspense-type.
