Couldn't be more obvious that the MLB is doing the Yankees a favour with this A-Rod lifetime ban stuff.

Dawel Lugo and Mitch Nay have both homered for Bluefield today. A lot of fun following that team. There's a remarkable amount of signing bonus money invested into its roster. D.J. Davis has been in a bad slump, but has tripled, walked and stolen his ninth base of the short season. Jairo Labourt is through three innings giving up one run.

I'm taking his numbers this year with a grain of salt. They've reworked his delivery, switched what side of the rubber he's throwing from, and have altered his 3/4 arm slot slightly. I'm more interested in the velocity, which is back up in the low 90's, and life on his pitches. The control will come with the new found comfort, and the numbers will follow suit.

well I called it on the last page. Anyway, maybe they'll put JJ or Dickey on the DL now and let Redmond take that spot. May actually improve our chances of winning which I guess may not be the best thing at this point.

Is this the Luis Castro that had a voided contract with the Jays? Seems to be having a similar year to Urena, albeit with being a year older.

Anyways regarding Bluefield, Labourt and Tinoco have been having some pretty productive seasons so far. Oh and Mitch Nay sure has some nice plate discipline, especially considering the questions behind his bat was the holes in his swing.
