This was covered a few posts ago. It's becoming SPEED, so whatever channel number SPEED is for you, it will be Fox Sports 1. Problem is several major cable providers have yet to reach deals with Fox yet, so that's why there's nothing listed. My guess is it gets done in time for the event this weekend, but if not you'll probably have Pinks reruns or dead air.

seeing Michael Johnson reminded me of Jonathan Brookins...did anyone know that he retired back in 2012 to move to India to practice yoga full time?

DirecTV and DISH is close to a deal with FS1. And these cards are replacing the FX cards. FOX still will have fights.

This card has received a lot of fanfare. But on the contrary, I don't think the under-card is very interesting... at all.

I try not to bash the lower weight divisions out of respect for the guys that compete there, but I am not that interested in watching 4 below-LW bouts consecutively on Saturday night. I wish they could have mixed it up a bit with some bigger guys. I will probably tune in passively while I am playing a little Rome Total War... and focus on the main card. Less, the ol' lady has other ideas as always.

McGregor, they are trying to hype as a phenom type so I will watch this virtuoso favorite of Dana White... but I hope Holloway surprises with a TKO derailment.

Sonnen was amazing in the press conference. If you didn't record it, find it somewhere. He had Dana White and the whole crowd cracking up.

Did he tap out after getting hit once, again?

eh while im not huge on the 125 division theres still fun fights. 145 is a good division with entertaining fights so i still like that division a bit.

I know you are right and am warming to the lower divisions but still throw some 170ers/185ers in the mix... just for diversity.

Agree.. I can't say I'm even warming up to it.. I'd rather see inferior HW/LHW fights any day.

I loved the part where he was ripping on Lil Nog for pulling out of the fight.
