nice game to watch...reminds me of how deversatile Graves was, and how more than a goon Kocur was. Fun game on MSG...

Game 3 is on MSG, not 7 just yet.

Y'all are true blue hockey fans. I'm watching baseball! Although I will catch some of it if there is a rewind at midnight.

I remember game 7 of the Canucks/Rangers in 1994. I was in drug rehab at the time (developed a little problem with cocaine by the time I turned 20) and I remember staying in that evening and watching the game. Easily the greatest hockey game I have ever watched. That's the way hockey was meant to be played. And the NHL is saying that they need to find more ways to open up the game? Damn, just call the penalties and cut down on the lacrosse goalie equipment and we might have something again.

Don't be. I've been on the clean and narrow now for over 11 years. Best thing that ever happened to me was cleaning up.

I'm hoping that Kozak fills that spot.

From what I have heard and read he seems to fit the Nilan mode more. He apppears to have some semblance of a game and is not just a goon in the Brashear mode. I am dying to get a persoanl look at him and Byers to form my own opinion.

The one thing that really hits me about the rangers/canucks seires from 94' was just how pimp the canucks road uniforms were back then. when i was a kid a Canuck meant coolness and power. Black, Yellow, Red, white. I loved those old uniforms.

Nowadays with the canucks "orca" logo and their ugly blue and red uniforms...

Maybe it's the German in me that loves that old color scheme, but to me that uniform was the greatest.

Goon in the Brashear mode?

I think that's Kozak. A guy who can skate, hit and handle the puck, and who has a screw loose. Nothing wrong with a Brashear-type, minus being an idot, but I think Kozak may be an idiot.
