seriously fire renneh, how manneh could not start more games with that speed is ridiculous
Absolutely. Hideous the way Rennie has ignored the talent at hand and played instead crap like Hienemann and Herzog. Just idiotic. Like maybe he has finally stumbled on to the fact that Manneh was a talent. However, knowing Rennie might just bench Manneh for the next game
I hope Manneh's play and, to an extent, the play of Mattocks last week will finally convince the club that they don't need Miller back with his chronically damaged hamstrings and his big contract.
Is there any reason to prefer a draw over an outright Portland victory?
Actually, if I'm reading the standings right, the Whitecaps could actually pull ahead of them if they sweep both Colorado games, and Portland drops both their remaining games after tying this one. Hmmm... go (slightly) Seattle?
Mathematically we're not in control of our own destiny - but 6 points from our final two matches would go a long way. We could win both matches and not make it if San Jose won both of their remaining games and Seattle picked up a point vs LA in their final meeting.
If we win both and San Jose gets anything less than two wins, we're in. Or, if SJ does win out and Seattle loses to LA, we're.
If we draw tonight and win at home we need a lot more help - but it's still possible.
