Welbeck will now miss the Ukraine game after picking up a poor yellow. Had a shot just after the whistle went for offside. :

I expect Belgium to win, and pretty comfortably... but they aren't even having to play well. Not one Scottish player has any sort of footballing intelligence. It is painful watching their pathetic attempts to utilise the ball in wide positions.

Lots of upsets in the making tonight.

Portugal losing 2-1 in Northern Ireland and down to ten men, lol
Estonia-Holland 2-1 with about fifteen minutes to go
Bosnia down 1-0 at home to Slovakia, final minutes
Georgia-France 0-0, final minutes

Is this N. Ireland/Portugal a ref gone wild? Not watching, but N.I. down to 10 now too.

Nine cards handed out so far.

Can't even remember the last time France scored a goal.. They didn't tonight, or in their previous qualifier against Spain. They didn't against Belgium last month, or in their friendlies vs Uruguay and Brazil in June..

wow, very bad loss by BiH which will complicate things for them a bit!

Serbia deservedly equalize against Croatia who scored on their only chance of the match

Finland lose 2:0,

Man we did have chances to score especially Ring.
He should have scored when it was still 1:0

The players gave it their all and a decent performance

Iceland came from 4:1 down in Switzerland to earn a draw, keeping their World Cup hopes very much alive
