It sucked at first but I'm over it now. I'm not sick everyday anymore. Every once in a while I miss beer and forget how it made me feel so I trick myself into thinking I can have a taster or something and then I get sick and remember. That was last week so I have a good couple months before I try again
Goodbye beer belly

I would much prefer living in denver over Ft. Collins or Boulder.

Also, the smallest place I have ever lived is denver, I'm pretty used to the city.

For visiting, both places are chill. To live, I would go insane.

North Denver metro is somewhere I almost never get to, I don't know anyone up there or have reason to go. Boulder is good in doses. I need to check out some of the new things they've built and restaurants.
Based on living the furthest North I would want to go is Westminster. Besides that there is nothing and I especially do not want to live anywhere on the East side of the Metro area as well. With that said there are some really nice places around the Aurora, but when I was younger I lived in Aurora so I don't really care about that. South Metro is probably the best IMO, but I really dislike Highlands Ranch neighborhoods stuff. Houses too close, kids riding around their parents Escades, and crap like that. If I wanted to move anywhere I think Golden or Evergreen would be top spot.

Absolutely agreed, two places in particular

1. Cherry Creek (South of the mall, not next to Kent High School)(If Cherry Creek is classified in Denver County)
2. The houses next to the Denver Botanic Gardens. Hidden away from main roads, couple million of perfection.

Boulder is great especially if you like doing stuff outdoors. You can take incredible hikes just 15 minutes from the city center. I would rather be in a place like Boulder that is its own unique community than a live in a suburb of a city.

North Metro Denver just might be the next area to boom. There's a lot of breweries either moving in or relocating to Brighton Blvd.

I'm biased. I live in SW metro and think its the best part of town. Restaurants suck though, that's the only drawback.

So I just noticed that the game against the Stars isn't on Center Ice (at least where I'm at) this Tuesday...it's just not on the schedule at all.

And according to the Avs' website the game is only being broadcast on Altitude, so it's not on NBC Sports Network or anything like that, and I believe that Dallas games are broadcast on Fox Sports but the one I get is Fox Sports Midwest, which isn't for Dallas.

I didn't want to make a separate thread and I didn't know where else to put this...kind of bummed that I'm not going to be able to watch it...well, not watch it at all, I haven't been able to watch the last 3 games because I've been at work and a Wedding, but at least I was able to record them and watch them later.

It's on Centre Ice for me. I set the PVR to record it and I think it was on the very last CI channel.

Not for me here...I wonder if it thinks I'm in the blackout region for Dallas? For the record, I don't think that I am...I know I'm in the blackout region for the Avalanche if I had GameCenter Live, but Center Ice has not blacked out Avalanche games to me for as long as I can remember.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but if you're in Colorado, you're living with drunks already.

Colorado is fourth out of 50 states in breweries per capita

My GCL schedule shows ALT and FS-SW as the two feeds. It sure would be nice if the NHL made a map of the US and showed the blackout regions for the various teams. It shouldn't be that difficult and it would cut down on a lot of confusion amongst the fans.
