This is a sign that Jens might be looking for a contract.

I will be there and hopefully leave with several interviews. Depending on the amount of English Jens speaks, I might try to interview him.

Will be very interested to see how Tuk and Jens look.
Does anyone know anything about the other non-drafted invitees?

Eric Werner is a defenseman who recently finished his senior year at Michigan. He's listed at 5'10" and 175-lbs. Finished his career 10th in all time scoring for a Michigan defenseman...

Was a teammate of Cammalleri's in 01-02...
Has been a teammate of Tambellini's the past three seasons...

Offensive minded d-man but played on the PK as well...

Scored the third goal in Michigan's 4-1 Defeat of UNH here in Manchester during the 03-04 NCAA regionals...

I'm a bit surprised that Ryan Kinasewich wasn't on the list...He played 29-games with the Monarchs and 48 including playoffs with Reading this past season. He was qualified by the Royals for next season...He's 6'2" 200-lb LW that will be 22 in August.

I thought he did a good job while he was in Manchester. Didn't put up huge numbers but was effective as a checking forward, has decent hands and can skate pretty well for a bigger guy...

Unless they add a few guys, nobody's going to be fighting for ice time in the exhibition game....Start with 30 - 2 injured (Murray and Neilson) - 5-goalies leaves what, 23 skaters split between two teams if NO injuries happen during camp....I'm wondering if some other guys might be added at some point???

I would expect him try to earn a contract like Matt Ryan did last year

They might just as well, we could have used him in Manchester after his college season ended last season...Even if Petiot lands in Manchester, the more d-men the better...

Yes! Jens is coming over!!! Woohoo!

Pushkarev, and Tukonen too! I'm going to be pretty busy next week, but I've got to make it down for at least one day.

I don't think these guys are going to be on the Monarchs perminetly. I doubt Tukonen, Pushkarev, Zaba, Baier, Lukacevic all left their teams already.

They had to call it "Monarchs" since the CBa hasn't been announced

No one is questioning that K4L and no of them have to leave their teams to attend. The only real thing here is.....per NCAA rules, the college players have to pay their own way. It's a "development camp". Nothing more, nothing less. They can't have an official "Kings camp" just yet.

I'm calling my shot right now...
Jens Karlsson will not be signed and will go the way of Alexei Volkov.

I'm most interested seeing Tuokonen, Push, Guerin, and Baier. Petiot will be interesting too.

BTW, Salcido is a local kid. Plays for CC.
