No one is questioning that K4L and no of them have to leave their teams to attend. The only real thing here is.....per NCAA rules, the college players have to pay their own way. It's a "development camp". Nothing more, nothing less. They can't have an official "Kings camp" just yet.

He a pick this year? // We should have Grebs go there - this list not include Grebs, Gleason, Brown, Camms, Kanko, Hauser they all not gonna play on Monarchs next year or this purely for young ones. // I sure hope Tukonen stays would be good for us plus he needs to get away from the blues and get the minutes he needs to develop - He is easilly one of the top 6 fowards from which i saw on that list for those who say he may not make it

I believe that Salcido is 20 and has played the past two seasons at CC...
They are calling this a "Monarchs Prospects Camp" because an NHL CBA isn't in place yet. This camp is really no different than the Kings annual Prospects camp EXCEPT they are calling it a Monarchs Camp to get around the CBA thing. I expect you'll see some Rookie Camp/Tournament stuff at the beginning of September that leads into the Kings training camp second week of September or so...
