STH Jersey off Our Backs Contest

Just curious if any STH on this forum has ever won this contest?

What is it like and what player did you get to meet? What was the conversation like and did the team send you a copy of the picture they took?

And one other question that most on here could probably answer -- what is the difference between a game-worn jersey and just a usual pro or replica jersey?

No difference material wise, but huge difference in value depending in the player. A rookie year trouba jersey could be worth a lot of money in a few years.

Rookie year Trouba likely currently worth 2500.00. That is what #55 was listed at in his first stint with the Jets 2 years ago.

Here is a listing of what the Jets currently have for sale.

I have seen a few people around me win each season but why leave anything to chance when you can just buy it.

This was a while ago, but there was ( maybe still is ) a big difference between the game worn jerseys and the pro ones you would buy at a store. Main diff was the materials used depending upon the country they were manufactured in.

I have both ( a game worn and a pro jersey from year #1) and I can see a difference between the two in workmanship.

Would love to have a Trouba, if he sticks. Ladd would be nice also, to have the C, but I will be happy no matter which player I get to meet.
