think he'll be the 3rd line centre next season.
imagine that..Lowry, Little, Scheifele. top 3 centres.

Yeah, there is an awful lot that they still have to work on heading into the season.

Agreed. Morrissey looked good, don't want to rush. He will be here next year. Overall Postma has looked pretty well most of the time. I think he will stick whether it be the #6 or #7 to start in the press box.

Seems like a made up "American" last name mostly in South Dakota.

I know it's preseason, but every guy out there is a professional.. Expected better "team" effort then that crap..

Got home and only caught the last few minutes, but what I saw looked pretty bad.

I'm starting to feel like the preseason is twice as long as it needs to be..

There will likely be more cuts coming within 24 hours; time to pare down. There were a lot of bubble guys in the lineup tonight. Tough game to judge your team when the refs make it a special teams night. Oh well.

Not happy with that game. Too many passengers. To many bad guys on the back end. Few good players though. Joker was better, but come on, he can be better and be useful on the 3C, still want Mark with Kaner and Seto. Unless they are thinking of rolling, Kane- Joker- Frolik, Seto, Mark, Halischuk. But I feel that creates the same problem as last year having 2 3rd lines.

So far the Jets have shown us nothing to be excited about for the regular season.

Disappointed..... Again.

Trouba looked like a pro tonight. Definitely one of the Jets top six D.
I agree... Bogo continues to struggle. Doesn't look settled.
Jokinen had some more jump, but he just is incapable of passing and making a play. The chances that line had were all due to Kane's hustle and jump. Jokinen does not play well with Kane, at all.
Clitsome looked pretty good.
Wright is just the type of sniper you need down 1 in the last minute, with the net empty. Good to see that Noel is honing his offensive role.

Yes I agree. Just because it is preseason doesn't mean we can't be upset with effort. Which overall from about half the team, I did not like.

Yup... you need to save him for those offensive situations late in the game, like tonight on the first line in the last half of the 3rd period, and with the net empty in the last minute. It's only a matter of time before the floodgates open, and Noel knows it.

To be fair, we have not had a game with all of our top 6, and top 4 in the same night. And the lines have been a mess. Im hoping the last 2 games they sort that out. Majority of teams in the league that I have watched so far, have had at least ONE game playing almost all of there top players. We have not.

Like watching 2 expansion teams play. Preseason is suddenly seeming like it's a bit too long. We need to get the real team together.

Keep waiting for Kane to improve his vision of the entire ice and to use his teammates. Maybe it's the preseason and he's not used to mates

It's not like tonights lineup had a long list of offensive talent to put out there.

lol C'mon. You really think a line with Mark and Seto can be considered a 3rd line?

Pasquale's monotone interview with monotone-nasally Dennis Beyak sums up this game. Pretty boring game. I hope Friday's game in Saskatoon is a lot better.

If Kane isn't on it then it won't be considered the second line.

Jokinen had a couple nice passes tonight that I remember.
