Michael J. Fox Show

Just watched the first 2 episodes, and I gotta say, I really enjoyed it a lot. It poked fun of his Parkinsons and had some really great moments. Already scheduled the dvr to record the rest of the episodes.

I liked it. Now that we've established it's 'OK' to laugh at his Parkinson's, I hope the show moves away from the schmaltz and adds a bit more humor to the recipe though.

Harris is strictly a suit and tie mother****er.

I was left a little disappointed. There understandably wasn't much room left for comedy in the pilot as it had to set up its premise, but the second episode wasn't much better. It tried to hard to be a Modern Family clone, and generally didn't do much of a job developing the characters (especially Fox).

I found the first episode was okay, but the second was much better.

Harris is a pimp

One of the better new shows. Far more consistent than the Robin Williams one and Fox seems to be a better sitcom actor.

I got this strange feeling Fox will not be able to put up with the wear and tear of a shooting full seasons

It has a charm to it, and I think the brother and sister have chemistry together. Even if I don't end up liking this show, I hope it's a success. I love Michael J. Fox.

I wonder, if this show weren't starring MJF, would it survive?

My wife seems to like it but I really wasn't that impressed by the first two episodes. It just felt flat to me. I'm also sorry to say that his Parkinsons is .. distracting. His speech is notably strained and I end up feeling bad for him that he's putting himself through this, instead of being drawn into the show.
