I doubt that Cardinals are in the playoff hunt come end of the season. That's a rough schedule, and they haven't impressed me. Really their only challenging teams to beat were the Panthers and Lions. But good for you Cardinals fans.
Jahii Carson carried ASU to victory last night against UNLV. Easily his best performance as a Sun Devil to date.
Suns lose against the Kings, and really should have won. Glad that Goodwin had a good game though, he was having lots of fun out there on the court. Missed Bledsoe last night for his defense though. Playing the Kings again tonight here at home. Suns have lost their 5 games by a combined 16 points I believe, not too shabby to open up the season.
Doubt it was Az fans. Last year ASU*students who were Oregon fans painted their own A. Weird tradition Tempe has.
Not only that but ASU Fans in the past have painted over the "A" on A Mountain in Tucson. It's all in good fun with any rivalary going on. Of course when it comes time for UofA and ASU to face off against each other in the future we can expect the smack talk to go beyond the teams and go into academics and who has hotter women on campus as it normally does.
Both schools as far as I'm concerned are more about quantity than quality with the exception of certain programs.
As an Az fan I see the next 2 loses coming from a mile away and it reduces the chance of a bowl bid unless the Liberty or Heart of Texas bowls want a team on a 4 game losing streak. However, with Brewer throwing to Neal, Jacobs, and Hill, my spirts peak up.
If Arizona holds on to beat Oregon and ASU wins out, the Sun Devils would host the Pac-12 Championship game. Still a lot of football to be played, but for that to be a possibility at this point in the season is pretty cool.
