This next 5 isn't any easier....just gotta limit the mistakes in our own end and keep putting the puck to the net. Simple, right?

Florida Panthers Playoff Chances

Lost to Los Angeles 0-3, playoff odds down 7.9 to 24.9%

4 points 2 4-0

Interestingly, they believe youll need 93 points to have a reasonable chance.

This was so frustrating. We wake up for the 2nd and 3rd, and looks like a momentum changer join into OT and ....bam. Thomas lets in a softie. Not his fault tho overall a good lst game back. If we were 5-3 this would not suck.

Can only build on the effort, know our goaltending will only improve, versteeg get it going, and lets turn it around for gods sake.

The compete and effort levels the last 4 games have been better but I've noticed the first goal is huge in our games.

If we go down early on, it really zaps our energy and if we don't respond and tie it, alot of us and the players lose confidence and write the game off.

If we score first we normally play with confidence and have better efforts from all the players and everyone on here is bouncing off the walls.

This loss last night was real rough to watch, 58 seconds away from a well deserved point and chance to steal it in OT or SO.

I remember saying if this team could get 10-12pts in the first 10 games, i'd be clapping but a possible 6pts in the first 10 has me a little frustrated. We could have had 4 extra points in Philly and Nashville but again we were down early in both games.

Dineen should have called a timeout when Thomas froze the puck late in the 3rd when the B's were buzzin and drew up a plan for the face-off.

I remain optimistic this team can get better and compete and get back to .500 hockey before it's too late.

Agree on all points. We are lucky the west is winning many west east games.

Was always told evaluate a team at 20 games. I just done want to be irrelevant at that point.

so much good in this game; coming from behind against these guys, the play of our future barkov, marky jugs and huby etc etc

Buffalo, Tampa, St. Louis, Washington, Edmonton

That's our next 5. This one is definitely doable.

We're going to beat Buffalo, Tampa OTL, St. Louis OTL, beat Was with OV scoring anyway, win vs EDM.

Well we likely need AT LEAST 86 points and more likely 92. If at half the season, We don't have 35 points, stick a fork in us.

Florida Panthers Playoff Chances

Lost to Chicago 2-3 (so), playoff odds down 1.3 to 13.3%
