Opening Night Lineup prediction (GDT help).

Hello you guys

I'm doing the Game Day thread for Opening Night on the 1st, and I was wondering if there was any indication of what your opening night line up is going to be (if you had to assume at this point, ie: rookies making it out of camp, etc).

I appreciate this in advance, and in all seriousness - good luck this year.

On the Leafs board they're debating whether Reimer or Bernier should play in the season opener against the Habs. Ideally, the Habs would prefer to see both in the same game--in any order.

Same as MonctonScout, except that I would make the 4th Parros - White - Prust.

They said Parros looked ready to go for Monday, and he'd play against the Leafs.

I initially wanted Bournival to play instead of White in the season opener but I reconsidered on second thought. White was likely put on this world to bugger and annoy the Leafs.

The top 9 is set

Pacioretty DD Briere
Bourque Plek Gionta
Galchenyuk -Eller-Gallagher

Moen-Prust-Parros
Or
Prust-White-Parros

4th line is tricky, MT said today that Parros looks good for game 1, so unless any set backs him and Prust are in for sure, who can also play centr. If Parros can't go, it will be Moen-White-Prust

On the back end it's easily, Murray also should be good to go, but might be replaced by Tinordi

Gorges-Subban
Markov-Daiz
Murray/Tinordi-Bouillon

Bernier being a from here, I think he'll get the start.

Murray's healthy. Would expect him to play.

Would expect Bournival and Tinordi to not play until game #2.

Might also be ( but very unlikely )

Moen-Bournival-Prust

but I'd be 75% sure of

Moen-White-Prust

and 25% positive on

Parros-White-Prust

I can't see either Parros or Murray starting seeing as how they haven't even played a pre-season game yet.

Would be pretty cool if Bournival got the start, just because it would be his first NHL game, season opener @ the Bell Centre, vs the Leafs. Can't beat that experience for your first game ever.

I was about to post this however, I think the defence might be a tad different than what was in practice.

Gorges-Subban
Markov-Diaz
Tinordi-Murray

Bouillon will always be in the lineup. Therrien loves him too much. The only time we'll see Murray or anyone else is when Bouillon gets hurt.

Did Tinordi play on the PP with the dogs? At least his shot can reach the net.

Moen - Prust - Parros is a mean fourth line for that opener vs the Leafs, I wish White could be in there though some where.

MT is an idiot if this happens...Cube should only get 25-30 games this year, based on injuries...he should be our # 7 dman....
