Yeah, Moen was as good as he can be. Solid on the PK, had a good fight, was involved in some scoring chances.

Prust didn't play like he usually do after being pushed into the boards by Phaneuf.

How can you watch it? 25 to 1 if his name was Hellier they'd be creaming.

Won a fight.

Bad pinch which ended in a goal, but wasn't really his fault.

Didn't really notice him outside of those two things really.

I'm so pissed right now and it's at two damn things: the coaching and the refereeing. The referees were retarded tonight, how the **** do call that fighting for Prust at the end. How the **** was that embellishing from Markov and I loved the 4 missed calls after Eller's 2nd goal, so ****ing ********. But it's the NHL eh, what can you do about it. Now I'm even more pissed at the ****ing coaching. Therrien is ****ing retarded. How the **** does the Desharnais line who literally, not figuratively, did NOTHING tonight. I'm not a Desharnais hater compared to the rest of this board but it's a fact that him and Briere are gonna be total non factors when we face a physical team like the Leafs or the Bruins. They don't have the frame or the heart to go toe to toe with them. Anyway I love how Therrien puts them with 90 seconds left when we need a goal. What a joke, what did he think was gonna happen, Desharnais is gonna sneak under Phaneuf's legs in the corner and retrieve the puck? what a joke. This was the ice time tonight:

Desharnais: 17:45
Briere: 16:12
Eller who had three ****ing points?!?!?!: 15:41

Also can I know who is the retard in charge of the PK: well bravo you're doing an amazing job. You turned one of the best PK in the league into one of the worst despite having almost the same personnel. Why the **** are Pacioretty and Desharnais playing minutes on the PK? They should only see ice time in desperate measures in situations like these. And why the **** does Subban never play on the PK? Does the dude in charge read the main boards and thinks he's bad defensively like WTF!

Anyway now that I got that out of the way random notes:

- Lars Eller was a monster.
- Travis Moen had an amazing game and won his fight
- Tinordi had a rough game defensively (especially on the PK)
- Wtf was Markov doing on his **** up
- Diaz played a great game except for his bad pinch on the Raymond goal but I also blame Bouillon for playing that 2 on 1 horribly, like honestly you had one job BOUILLON CALISSE
- I was impressed by Parros, I thought he was gonna be a complete liability, I hope he gets well very soon.
- We got the morale victories
- We're crap defensively, if it wasn't for Price we could have lost 8-3

Yep.. and of course it has nothing to do with that porous blueline filled with 6-7th defensemen..

Price has been very solid despite the loss, hasnt given 1 weak goal and still, people keep blaming him for everything..

Yeah I prefer watching hockey in English but when we play the Leafs, I can't watch it on CBC. Too much fanboyism going on there.

Despite the loss, I thought we played good tonight. Bozak's shorthanded goal was the turning point, giving them an unexpected lead when we had all the momentum. Then Parros's accident happens and there goes all the air out of the building... I hope he's alright.

*EGG line was our best line by a mile, and that's a good thing going forward because the vets will step it up eventually. Lars is seizing the #1 center position by the throat already and that's awesome to see.

*Reimer played really well or we could have won that game. Price played really well too I thought; 5 on 3 goal, laser Phaneuf shot, breakaway and then a fluke on the Raymond 2 on 1.

*Markov struggled. Hopefully that's just starting-out-the-season rust and he pulls it together.

*Especially with Parros, we looked tough out there. We won most/all of the fights (I know that had no effect on the outcome, but at least we weren't pushed around and that was a good change.)

*Refs blew. Enough said.

*For all the criticism Moen gets, he had a hell of a game tonight.

We lost, and it was to the Leafs, but I'm not crying doomsday. I liked our game tonight.

DD was the worst Player on either team, AINEC.

Eller is this teams best center, AINEC.

Pacioretty should play with Plekanec and Briere as a second line. Make a checking line of Prust-Bournival-Gionta.

Thought he hounded the puck pretty well and moved smartly around the ice without the puck, too.

Price played well. The Bozak goal was weak, but he shouldn't have had that opportunity if it weren't stuttering stu Markov.

Desharnais was ****ing terrible. Briere had a nice pass, but was pretty invisible. Gionta's shot is so ****ing weak. His bicep must still be injured.

Anyone else absolutely sick and ****ing tired of DD, Pacioretty and whatever other small person they give them and that no one stands in front of the net ?

Diaz, and Bouillon looked good some shifts, terrible on others.

Markov was more terrible than anything. ****ing diving every where.

It's not the fact DD got more ice-time than Eller that rankles me, it's the fact DD had the most ice-time of any forward.

On a more positive note, happy to see Galchenyuk is part of the PP mix this season.

They are, at one point they let Kessel walk in like nothing in the first period. JJ Daigneault can GTFO. I like his approach with the offensive aspect with Dman but his POV of defending is so flawed.

I am on the fence with Bergevin, I like the changes he's made with the culture of the team, but some of his signings you really have to wonder.

Moen.... 3 more years
DD.... 3 more years.
Boullion
Dreweske ... 2 years
Boullion extended

wow.... that does not look good to me.
