Why Buffalo? They've got a pretty loud fanbase...

All the teams that don't need Crosby to put hockey on the map.

All the teams that won't put hockey on the map even with Crosby in their team.

I'd say Rimouski. Now THAT would throw a ratchet into Patrick Roy's big dream, wouldn't it?

I agree with the above poster, Carolina.

Could you imagine Crosby as the guest of honor at Nascar races saying "Gentlemen start your engines", and everyone in the stands asking, "Who's Sidney Crosby?"

For the good of the game I don't see a problem with any of the
teams mentioned. The worst places would be Toronto,NY,Detroit,Philly,
Colorado,St. Louis,NJ for the most part because they don't need/deserve
him. The Rangers because even with a truckload of money the organization
is just too incompetent. Toronto, well, you know.
Other than the Habs of course,I'd like to see him go to Edmonton, their
fans deserve something for what they've had to put up with since Gretzky
left and Calgary has Phaneuf.

In columbus, Nash, Zherdev, Crosby would be sick
Washington, ovechkin, crosby together would be amazing
in Atlanta just think, kovalchuk, heatley, crosby, pretty sick stuff eh.

I hope for a miracle that he comes to montreal, but Im not holding my breath.

I don't give a rat's ass whether Crosby goes to a big-time town. As long as he doesn't go to the Leafs, Flyers, Rangers, or Bruins (the teams I hate), I don't care where he goes.

I wouldn't mind seeing him to to Chicago. Their fans have suffered long enough. They need something to get excited about.

Its hard to say where he will end up because any team can win by the way it is set up, It is very very likely that a team with one ball will win this thing, I will run out into the streets and rejoice if we win. We seem destined to win don't we? lol

every team seems destined to win on their board. Crosby proly gets a kick out of this.

i wouldnt mind if he goes to pittsburg or phoneix. mainly because gretzy plus crosby in phoneix would really help hockey there, and pittsburg, lemieux is there and i find that pittsburg is or was at least a really good hockey city.

It's hard to say some of these places that aren't very hockey crazy wouldn't respect Crosby's skills as much as a hockey crazy city. But Crosby might be what these teams that don't have great fan support need to get hockey going in those place. For Crosby's sake I'd say ending up in a place like Carolina or Nashville would suck but he could be what those kind of teams need for the better of the game.

Some people say Toronto wouldn't be the worst place, if we're talking about the good of the league. Because Toronto is such a great hockey city and all. I think that's wrong. Dangerously wrong.

Remember Doug Gilmour? Remember Wendel Clark? Curtis Joseph? They were... Doug Gilmour and Wendel Clark. Curtis Joseph? C'mon. But imagine if the Leafs had ever had Wayne Gretzky or Mario Lemieux! I hated hearing about those guys at times even when they were out in the relative boonies in Pittsburgh or Edmonton/LA/St.Louis. If they were in Toronto... jeez, we'd all have to kill ourselves just to stop the pain. And if we all killed ourselves, there'd be no more fans to watch hockey (except in Toronto). One by one, all the other teams would fold. It'd be like a big black hole at the centre of the universe, sucking everything else into oblivion. The fans would die, the teams would die, the sport would die, Crosby himself would probably die just out of sheer overexposure!

So Toronto is definitely the worst place Crosby could go to.

I'd say Phoenix
I just don't see Sidney Crosby with a sun tan

that, and also the fact that nobody cares about Phoenix...

Boston - Put Crosby on a line with Bergeron you'd have a hab-killing bloodbath everytime we played them.

Its only fitting that the labeled "Next one" goes to the most glorified franchise in the NHL. That means that anywhere besides Montreal would be "the worst place".

And im not being biased.
