I don't want to hear about PEDs in hockey. I'd be shocked if it wasn't happening but it's like football where so many rules have changed that the stats aren't "sacred" like they are in baseball. So it's really not a big deal to me. PEDs get a bad rap IMO.

I agree JlewyB, but it might not be the popular opinion. Medical science has come a long way, and these drugs if administered properly, can be beneficial to your health. Everyone is trying to take something to make them better(ie. recovery, strength gains, etc.) that's called modern medicine. Anything other than that, it's malpractice.

Good to see they want the instigator rule out. I hate it.

So is any Canadian city and Quebec City two different places?

Well Canada did declare Quebec to be a nation inside of Canada.
