Its hands down the worst D pair in the league. it actually wouldnt even be a high end AHL pair these days

Yeah it's definitely gotta be in the top 10 worst at the very highest. Maybe even top 5 and it's really not an exaggeration.

I've just about had it with Harrold being an every nighter. I'm seriously hoping for a non compliance buyout this Summer.

It's pretty much a fireable offense to keep playing that combo. Nevermind the 404069689 other coaching felonies that Dumbeor has committed.

1 for 15 on the powerplay.

And DeBoer says that's too small a sample size to assess whether it's good or bad.

Are you kidding me?

That, on top of mixing up all his D pairings but Volch-Harrold.

The dude is trolling us.

Pretty much. He also makes out like he doesn't keep young guys from playing, and has said other such BS over the last year. One of the dumbest ones was about how Barch and Janssen can make a play with the puck. Janssen can make a play with the puck? Really? I don't expect him to say the suck, but come on. Going out of his way to compliment him?

For those who missed it:

“It was a horrific injury,” DeBoer said. “When you saw the pictures of him in his hospital bed after he had it, it was nasty. He’s come back. He’s a good looking kid, I don’t think it will hurt his chance with the ladies and I don’t think it’s an issue.”

Told his coach’s assessment of his looks and luck with the ladies, Tedenby deadpanned, “That’s correct.” - See more at: http://blogs.northjersey.com/blogs/f....lad4b7pJ.dpuf

Tedenby 1g 1a +2 with 17:00 in icetime.

This is what I would like.

Edit: but I'll take 0g 0a even with 15:00 and just showing a good overall game.

I would like to see zajac / zubrus/bernier as a line... basically a designated shut down the opposition type line like we had with pando and madden

He's not exactly wrong. Although the PP certainly hasn't passed the "eye test" either.

But when you can go 1 for 1 in the next game, and have your percentage jump from 6.6% to 12.5% efficiency...it's a small sample size.

the only way gionta comes out of the line up is if he is sent down.

deboer is in love with him. and harrold won't come out either. larsson gets switched in and out for fayne.

its getting to the point of physical frustration. how can DeBoer possible think that Harrold is consistently better than Fayne and that Larsson deserves to play a 41 game season

It's been proven that Deboer is an idiot at this point. This is why I want him gone. His system is not even really working offensively either at this point.
